Sales and marketing expert Oliver Fritsch (»Blog) has been at the forefront of customer-focused innovation management for more than 15 years. He is founder and CEO of Cendesic.com, a digital sales and marketing agency in Boise, Idaho. Cendesic helps its clients improve their sales, customer insights, product innovation and findability. In Germany, he authored a bestseller with “Alles Anders,” a book & web community to identify and pursue life goals. Oliver shares his experience and successes of creating top rankings on Search Engines with his clients since 2001. He developed “C21” a web analysis tool to test for customer usability and search fitness of a website, “KDD (Keyword Deep Dive)” a unique process to define a customer-centric keyword universe and the “Cendesic Scorecard Dashboard,” a tool to track and visualize organic search activities and successes on a corporate level.
Prior to founding Cendesic, Oliver spent more than 15 years with Hewlett Packard, Aventis, Dornier Aerospace and Stratus Global Partners, where he held a number of cross - functional positions in e-business, sales, marketing and product management. Oliver graduated in the eBusiness Executive Program of the Kellogg Business School in Chicago, IL, earned a Bachelor of Arts (with Honors) in European Business Administration from Middlesex University, London, and holds a Diplom Betriebswirt (FH) degree from the University of Applied Sciences Reutlingen, Germany.

Designer, art director and illustrator Ines Bitsch has over 15 years experience in advertising, fashion, and interior design. She is founder and CEO of her own company Mood Management Ltd in Germany. As Cendesic´s art director she supervises creative design and develops visuals that communicate brand value und emotions to our customers’ customers. Her mission is to inspire soulful rooms, products and customer experiences. She also teaches fellow female entrepreneurs how to succeed in business.

Walter leads our sales force implementation and performance practice.
Walter Uhl has more than 20 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. After his studies of English and French literature in Freiburg, Oxford, Grenoble, Tübingen and Perugia, Walter used his language skills to enter into business. He was worked for Zeiss, CHG and Liebherr until 1987 when he took a Master‘s degree in Business Administration (MBA) at the business school Luigi Bocconi in Milan, Italy. After his MBA he started his career with Hewlett-Packard in the European Marketing Center in Böblingen, then joined the Swiss Sales Organization where he sold for 2 years to the Process Industry in Basle. In 1991 he returned to Böblingen as HP’s Account Manager for Daimler-Benz. 1995 Walter became the Sales Manager for Health Care Information System (HIS) in HP`s Medical Division covering Switzerland, Austria, Italy and Eastern Europe. Walter was appointed Global Account Manager for Daimler-Benz - later DaimlerChrysler. In 1999 he joined Xerox as a General Manager for the Global Account DaimlerChrysler, serving as a role model for Xerox‘s new account focused sales organization. In 2000 Walter started as an Associate Partner with ON-Target (now part of Siebel Systems) – a US-based sales consulting firm specialized in sales processes and methods. Since January 2001 he is focused on sales of complex solutions – sales organization analysis, sales processes and methodologies, big deal coaching and interim management. His clients include Siemens Medical, Hewlett-Packard, BMC-Software, Bea-Systems, Logica-CMG, Zanox and others.

She spent more than 8 years with Hewlett Packard Corporation including an international assignment as Strategy and Planning Manager in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region of Hewlett Packard’s Imaging and Printing Group.
